This contract is between the client & Etch Cut Studio. It covers the provision of hired items and services described in the quote.

A booking is confirmed when the client has paid Etch Cut Studio the required 1st payment/ deposit. Confirmation of the order must be made in writing by email from the client to Etch Cut Studio.

The prices stated on the quote are valid for 7 days after the quote is dated.


Once an order has been placed & confirmed in writing to Etch Cut Studio, the following applies:

Orders under £100.00 must be paid in full at time of booking.

Orders over £100.00 are paid in two parts:

1st payment: £100.00 deposit is required to secure booking (Non refundable) alongside any damage deposits required. The deposit will be taken off the final balance.

2nd payment: The remaining balance of the invoice must be paid once design proofs have been approved and before any production will commence.

Or payment in full, upfront.


Collection/ Return only service of hire items belonging to Etch Cut Studio i.e. Table numbers are available to collect on a pre booked date in the week leading up to the event and to be returned within 72 hours after the wedding./event unless otherwise stated/ agreed.

All hire items must be returned & any loss or breakages must be reported.

All hire items must be packaged carefully and this is the responsibility of the client so items do not get broken in transit.

 A suitable time for collect and return will be arranged approximately a week before your event.


Once goods (bought or hired) are handed over to the client, Etch Cut Studio accepts no responsibility for any breakages, damage or injury caused by or to any item.

Please place any larger items such as seating plans on a solid surface or strong easel to keep them balanced and prevent them from falling over. Placement of items are clients own responsibility.

Some items may be used outdoors however please bear in mind they are created lovingly with natural ingredients (wood and paint) in the case of bad weather this could spoil the effect of your item and to which we hold no responsibility.

Wooden items such as log slices should be stored in a cool dry place until time of use. Excess heat / water or extreme temperature changes can lead to cracks developing in the wood surface.

All items should be stored flat and handled with care. Some of our items are very delicate and can easily be damaged unless extra due care is taken.
